Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or powders cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are final sale. We will make a note on individual items that are ineligible for returns for this reason.

- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, please contact us. Please include your order number, name, email address and reason for return. Someone from our team will reach out via email to complete the return and refund process.
In some situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item received that we had no prior communication about (please contact us prior to returning your purchase)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a refund back to the original method of purchase (i.e., if you paid with a credit card, your refund will appear on the same credit card).
Please allow 7 business days for us to process refunds; most will happen within 2 business days of us receiving your return, but in busy seasons, it may take longer. Please be aware that many credit card companies will take additional time on their end to process charges and refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund that you feel you should have, please check your credit card statement carefully. Our charges and refunds process as “KC Warehouse.”

Gifts
If you received an item from us as a gift and you would like to exchange it for a different size or variation, please contact us. We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to refund you the original value, but we would love to make sure that you are able to rep Shatto in the correct size or color you prefer!

Except in cases of our error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we provide a shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
